Assess the risk of mortgage lending activity, and offset risk by ensuring the recovery of funds using collection letters, calls, and skip tracing to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts and mitigate losses in order to contribute to the financial soundness of UNFCU.   This position is expected to be hybrid.   NYC Salary Range - $62,290 - $70,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Analyze, document, and review financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls. Support audit requests and prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed. Serve as a key contributor to the development and maturation of the Credit Union’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Assess, monitor, and mitigate third-party risks while supporting comprehensive due diligence and managing risk frameworks. Collaborate with internal teams—including Office of General Counsel, IT, and Procurement—to address and resolve risk-related issues. Performs analytics, reporting, change management, training and process improvement efforts for debit/credit card operations, fraud/dispute processing, card transaction settlement and Regulation E and Z with a specific focus on overall card system operations.
