In this newly created position, you will develop and manage the market positioning of products and services offered within UNFCU’s Product Solutions vertical. This is a highly collaborative role liaising with product leaders, Corporate Marketing and IT to derive critical insights and translate them into product strategy. This is a newly created role that supports the Manager of ITS Strategy and Process in gathering and processing data that helps to build strategic planning, communications, technology planning, and operations within the Information Technology and Security Department in a way that delivers value to UNFCU. Responsible for carrying out audits in accordance with the risk based audit plan and works closely with the Internal Audit team and enterprise-wide management to provide independent, objective assurance.  Where appropriate, provide consulting services designed to add value and improve credit union operations.   This position is hybrid.    NYC Salary Range - $85,620 - $95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

This position is hybrid:   NYC Salary Range - $85,620 - $95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.   Performs analytics, reporting, change management, training and process improvement efforts for debit/credit card operations, fraud/dispute processing, card transaction settlement and Regulation E and Z with a specific focus on overall card system operations. Works with various teams to ensure that new guidelines, programs and procedures are communicated, implemented, and consistently applied. Works closely with the Global Cards Solutions management team to recommend and assess changes necessary to meet regulatory requirements and improve operational efficiency. Provides process improvement insights for projects and operations.

Supports the Payroll Supervisor in coordinating day-to-day operations and payroll inputs for delivery of payroll services, in a way that balances required service levels to employees, a high level of statutory compliance and strong partnerships with stakeholders. Assists the Payroll Supervisor in managing the impact on payroll processing resulting from UNFCU strategies/initiatives, changes in regulatory rules, and new projects.   Engages and collaborates with other UNFCU departments to execute payroll timely, accurately, and efficiently, while complying with all applicable regulatory, labor and tax laws and guidelines.   This position is expected to be hybrid.   NYC Salary Range - $75,840 - $85,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

You will provide exceptional service to UNFCU membership promptly and courteously within established guidelines, most often facilitated through building effective relationships and diligent problem solving. Responsible for determining members' financial needs and making referrals where necessary, promoting the Credit Union's product line, processing new accounts/loan applications, resolving member account/loan problems, and assisting members to the fullest extent possible. Provide support as needed with various administrative functions related to the operations of UNFCU’s offices in Senegal. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.

You will develop robust Business Intelligence Solutions and gather insights from data by leveraging various BI tools like Tableau, MS SQL Server, and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition). Demonstrate some working knowledge with data warehouse and display excellent communication skills to be comfortable enough to interact with business areas to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.   This position is expected to be hybrid.    NYC Salary Range - $90,820 - $110,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.
