NYC Salary Range - $103,000-$130,000
Facilitate the scrum process for project teams/agile squads of cross-functional team members. Guide the scrum team(s) in Agile/Scrum practices in their daily activities to actively promote self-organization, prioritization, team agility and delivery commitment for each sprint. Coach scrum team(s) to deliver value through agile practices as defined and formalized by the Agile Working Group. Collaborate with product owner(s) to ensure continuous grooming of backlogs.
