Serve as a key contributor in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, CMS-driven applications on the Optimizely platform. This role requires close collaboration with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA teams. Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on all aspects of consumer lending, mortgage lending, and loan servicing at the credit union. This role ensures Lending staff have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to deliver outstanding service, comply with regulatory requirements, and meet Lending Division goals. Incumbent will demonstrate a deep understanding of lending processes, regulations, and systems, paired with a passion for coaching and professional development.   This position is expected to be hybrid.

This position performs the solicitation and origination of residential first and second mortgage loans with potential applicant(s), determination of applicant’s financial needs and promotion of mortgage products/services that meet those needs, in compliance with UNFCU loan policy and federal, state and NCUA rules, regulations and laws. This includes communication with members and staff while upholding UNFCU’s commitment to quality member service and representing UNFCU in a positive and professional manner.  Working remotely, this position is a self-sourcing position leveraging relationship building skills to broaden the UNFCU membership.  

This people manager role leads and oversees the call center workforce management function. Ensures all productivity and performance service levels are achieved for UNFCU’s 24/7 call center environment. Responsible for assisting the call center in optimizing staffing across all delivery channels (inbound calls, email, chat, etc.). Assist in projecting staffing needs based on volume forecasts and reporting daily, monthly and quarterly needs ensuring quick responses to business needs.   This position is expected to be hybrid.

You will serve as a key contributor to the Office of Strategy Management in the ongoing growth and maturity of UNFCU’s member experience management (MXM) practice.     This position is hybrid (2x/week onsite).    NYC Salary Range - $100,860-$125,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

This position is focused on the administrative side of the originations process and is responsible for supporting the rest of the team in this capacity.  This includes assisting with member applications, appointment scheduling, member documentation, reporting and rates.      

Provide operational, analytical, and project management support for department. Assist FVP with collecting and evaluating transactional and statistical data. Utilize tools to analyze and collaborate with management to decipher trends leading to executive management recommendations.
