This position performs the solicitation and origination of residential first and second mortgage loans with potential applicant(s), determination of applicant’s financial needs and promotion of mortgage products/services that meet those needs, in compliance with UNFCU loan policy and federal, state and NCUA rules, regulations and laws. This includes communication with members and staff while upholding UNFCU’s commitment to quality member service and representing UNFCU in a positive and professional manner.  Working remotely, this position is a self-sourcing position leveraging relationship building skills to broaden the UNFCU membership.   This position is remote. 

In this newly created position, you will develop and manage the market positioning of products and services offered within UNFCU’s Product Solutions vertical. This is a highly collaborative role liaising with product leaders, Corporate Marketing and IT to derive critical insights and translate them into product strategy. The goal is to deliver product solutions, in alignment with UNFCU’s brand, that meet member needs and drive revenue production.   This position is expected to be hybrid.    NYC Salary Range - $154,400 - $210,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Responsible for carrying out audits in accordance with the risk based audit plan and works closely with the Internal Audit team and enterprise-wide management to provide independent, objective assurance.  Where appropriate, provide consulting services designed to add value and improve credit union operations.   This position is hybrid.    NYC Salary Range - $85,620 - $95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Be the first point of contact to our members and provide overall support to our Geneva office. You will uphold the Credit Union's commitment to provide exceptional member service and represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times. Under general supervision, perform receptionist and administrative duties in order to ensure support for the department. Performs complex analysis to ensure the security, availability and integrity of third party and UNFCU developed applications. Under general supervision, provide exceptional service to UNFCU membership and colleagues promptly and courteously within established guidelines. Supports the Payroll Supervisor in coordinating day-to-day operations and payroll inputs for delivery of payroll services, in a way that balances required service levels to employees, a high level of statutory compliance and strong partnerships with stakeholders. Assists the Payroll Supervisor in managing the impact on payroll processing resulting from UNFCU strategies/initiatives, changes in regulatory rules, and new projects.   Engages and collaborates with other UNFCU departments to execute payroll timely, accurately, and efficiently, while complying with all applicable regulatory, labor and tax laws and guidelines.   This position is expected to be hybrid.   NYC Salary Range - $75,840 - $85,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

You will provide exceptional service to UNFCU membership promptly and courteously within established guidelines, most often facilitated through building effective relationships and diligent problem solving. Responsible for determining members' financial needs and making referrals where necessary, promoting the Credit Union's product line, processing new accounts/loan applications, resolving member account/loan problems, and assisting members to the fullest extent possible. Provide support as needed with various administrative functions related to the operations of UNFCU’s offices in Senegal. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.

You will develop robust Business Intelligence Solutions and gather insights from data by leveraging various BI tools like Tableau, MS SQL Server, and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition). Demonstrate some working knowledge with data warehouse and display excellent communication skills to be comfortable enough to interact with business areas to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.   This position is expected to be hybrid.    NYC Salary Range - $90,820 - $110,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Oversee daily operations of the Dakar Representative Office, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and UNFCU policies and procedures. Hire, supervise, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Member Service Representatives (MSR) to establish effective member relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in United Nations organizations in order to facilitate operations. Drive achievement of goals and objectives. Keep management informed of the local market and make recommendations for business development. Participate in developing marketing strategies for West African markets. Organize and conduct presentations in West African markets in order to increase membership and utilization of products and services.

(Eligible for sign-on bonus)   Under general supervision, apply service principles to all interactions, process all member transactions while maintaining confidentiality, handle foreign currency transactions, and ensure the safekeeping of cash, foreign currencies and checks in compliance with regulations. We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist who will take us to the next level of machine learning, aiding the organization in achieving its unique objectives and goals. You will analyze and interpret complex datasets and use advanced analytics tools, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to make predictions and decisions from vast amounts of data.   This position is expected to be hybrid.    NYC Salary Range - $90,820 - $130,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.
