Design and deliver scalable OLTP, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric, SSIS, SQL Server, and related BI technologies. Develop and maintain enterprise reports, support requirements gathering, evaluate and recommend technical approaches, and implement solutions within established timelines.   This position is hybrid.   NYC Salary range: 

Deliver exceptional service to UNFCU members promptly and courteously, adhering to established guidelines, and fostering strong relationships through effective problem-solving. Handle a variety of tasks related to resolving member inquiries, providing information, and coordinating with branch staff to enhance overall member satisfaction. Ensure all actions comply with federal and state regulations as well as UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.   The position is onsite. NYC Salary Range - $51,500 - $53,500 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location. 

As the AVP of Communications, you will shape and elevate UNFCU’s communications strategy with a strong focus on internal engagement. You will assess current practices and channels, develop a cohesive and forward-looking communications framework, and lead initiatives that strengthen clarity, connection, and alignment across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will partner closely with Human Resources, Executive Operations, IT, and other key stakeholders. You will also oversee external agencies and freelance writers to ensure all communications reflect and advance the Credit Union’s mission, culture, and strategic goals.

Under general supervision, apply service principles to all interactions, process all member transactions while maintaining confidentiality, handle foreign currency transactions, and ensure the safekeeping of cash, foreign currencies and checks in compliance with regulations. Performs analytics, reporting, change management, training and process improvement efforts for debit/credit card operations, fraud/dispute processing, card transaction settlement and Regulation E and Z with a specific focus on overall card system operations. Works with various teams to ensure that new guidelines, programs and procedures are communicated, implemented, and consistently applied. Works closely with the Global Cards Solutions management team to recommend and assess changes necessary to meet regulatory requirements and improve operational efficiency. Provides process improvement insights for projects and operations.  

Responsible for identifying or implementing initiatives that proactively address operational and member needs. The main responsibilities include supporting the GCS team or internal partners on systems and/or procedures, researching and resolving more complex issues, and aligning with QA team to streamline processes. In addition, the Operations SME will liaise with external partners to ensure optimal operations of card products and services.   This position is expected to be hybrid.  

This position performs the solicitation and origination of residential first and second mortgage loans with potential applicant(s), determination of applicant’s financial needs and promotion of mortgage products/services that meet those needs, in compliance with UNFCU loan policy and federal, state and NCUA rules, regulations and laws. This includes communication with members and staff while upholding UNFCU’s commitment to quality member service and representing UNFCU in a positive and professional manner.  Working remotely, this position is a self-sourcing position leveraging relationship building skills to broaden the UNFCU membership.  

Serve as a key contributor in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, CMS-driven applications on the Optimizely platform. This role requires close collaboration with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA teams.
