Facilitate the scrum process for project teams/agile squads of cross-functional team members. Guide the scrum team(s) in Agile/Scrum practices in their daily activities to actively promote self-organization, prioritization, team agility and delivery commitment for each sprint. Coach scrum team(s) to deliver value through agile practices as defined and formalized by the Agile Working Group. Collaborate with product owner(s) to ensure continuous grooming of backlogs. Lead daily stand-up meetings/calls and own the scrum ceremonies for the scrum team(s).
This role is ideal for someone who has an uncanny ability to make prudent decisions independently. You will process Automatic Clearing House (ACH) debits and credit origination instructions, post received ACH debits and credits, and associated exceptions in accordance with NACHA guidelines. Receive and process proprietary manual payroll processing received from UN agencies. Assist with internal check processing as required. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.
