Mortgage Originations Sales Coordinator

This position is hybrid, coming onsite quarterly for team meetings and/or mortage sales events. 

NYC Salary Range - $65,000 - 75,000. annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Support the mortgage sales platform in all channels. Assist mortgage sales management, loan officers/mortgage representatives and mortgage sales assistants. Work directly with key business areas, such as Marketing and Accounting, in support of mortgage originations activities.

• Coordinate all aspects of sales symposiums, conferences and sponsorships with realtors, builders and industry contacts, including but not limited to budgeting, selection, prioritization, scheduling, etc.
• Work with Marketing on creation and approvals for marketing materials to be sent to prospective members
• Maintain mortgage marketing platform for loan officers and mortgage representatives
• Work with the VP, Mortgage Production on monthly commissions reports and calculations
• Work with product development on communications to originations team with regard to new products and guidelines
• Compile competitive market analyses as needed

• Bachelor’s degree, or some college coursework completed, and 2-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, inclusive of at least 1 year of experience with mortgage marketing

• Full range of mortgage lending knowledge
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicable mortgage software
• Working knowledge of mortgage marketing CRM
