NYC Salary Range - $47,360 - $50,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

 

The Two UN Plaza Branch MSR Team is responsible for upholding UNFCU's commitment in providing quality and professional member service. We are also responsible for responding to member inquires, promoting and cross-selling UNFCU products and services.

 

What you'll do

Regardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU’s mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors.

  • Utilize the service and sales model to provide a memorable member experience at each touchpoint.
  • Review member account/credit card issues, determine action necessary to resolve the issue, and ensure action is taken in a timely manner.
  • Utilize the service and sales model to become a trusted advisor to members by presenting the features and benefits of UNFCU’s products and services that will best satisfy their current and future
  • Verify and perform contact information updates on member’s profile.  
  • Process member request for checkbook, debit and credit card orders.

What we're seeking

  • High School Diploma and completion of some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of two years of banking experience in a customer service function
  • Prior sales and customer service experience  
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to accounts, services, confidentiality and disclosure requirements 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels throughout the organization and with credit union membership
