Collaborate with designated business areas to tactically address management and employee needs, including providing counsel on, and executing activities related to, performance management, employment policies, employee engagement and reward, recognition and employee relations. Ensure that employee performance is assessed fairly across the organization and that business leaders adhere to organizational policies and procedures in the execution of day-to-day business activities and employee interactions. Provide prompt and consistent support and guidance, as well as effective problem resolution, to designated business areas. Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and management to efficiently implement, administer, and deliver global talent management programs and processes, ensuring the achievement of goals, strategy and business needs.
TYPE & AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE:
In addition to any specific job requirements in connection with Bank Secrecy Act and/or OFAC (BSA), employee must (i) be aware of BSA matters commensurate with the position; (ii) report any suspicious activity to the manager or compliance department; and (iii) satisfactorily complete any required BSA training.
