The Instructional Designer will work to understand business needs, design learning content and create performance support deliverables. The successful candidate will focus on creating measurable learning outcomes that address needs related to raising understanding and changing behaviors in support of UNFCU’s corporate strategy. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Learning, this role is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining learning materials in a variety of media.
TYPE & AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE:
In addition to any specific job requirements in connection with Bank Secrecy Act and/or OFAC (BSA), employee must (i) be aware of BSA matters commensurate with the position; (ii) report any suspicious activity to the manager or compliance department; and (iii) satisfactorily complete any required BSA training.
