  • Overview

    Performs general administrative support for the Director, Executive Operations and back-up support to the Executive Administrators. 

    Ensures day-to-day administrative tasks and projects within the Executive office are executed optimally.

    Responsibilities

    • Experience working with Adobe Professional V. 9 and higher a plus
    • Ability to type with speed and accuracy and utilize standard office equipment
    • Prepare mail merge documents, update spreadsheets, etc.
    • Answer telephones and take accurate messages
    • Coordinate various meeting arrangements
    • Assisting with reorganizing storage space and cleaning central files

    Qualifications

    TYPE & AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE:

    •  Previous experience in an office environment (administrative role preferred)

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

    • Knowledge of office procedures
    • Proficient MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

    BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail

    WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS:

    • Standard office conditions
    • Hours 8am - 5pm
    • 5 week assignment through end of 2018

     

     

    In addition to any specific job requirements in connection with Bank Secrecy Act and/or OFAC (BSA), employee must (i) be aware of BSA matters commensurate with the position; (ii) report any suspicious activity to the manager or compliance department; and (iii) satisfactorily complete any required BSA training.
