This position will lead the Instructional Designer, Facilitiator and Developer to create global learning programs that support our mission, vision, core values and corporate strategy. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to strategically define the direction of global learning by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to understand current and future learning needs.
