Under general supervision, utilizes the UNFCU sales and service model to provide superior service to UNFCU membership promptly and courteously within established guidelines, most often facilitated through building effective relationships and diligent problem solving.
An incumbent in this position performs a variety of duties pertaining to the resolution of member inquiries, dissemination of information, and coordinating overall facilitation of member satisfaction through interactions with other branch staff.
An MSR I is distinguished from an MSR II by limitations in authorization to perform certain member related account transactions, i.e. opening member accounts, and the ability to provide guidance in money management using UNFCU products and services.
TYPE & AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE:
In addition to any specific job requirements in connection with Bank Secrecy Act and/or OFAC (BSA), employee must (i) be aware of BSA matters commensurate with the position; (ii) report any suspicious activity to the manager or compliance department; and (iii) satisfactorily complete any required BSA training.
